Terms and conditions
At this site, this page explains the player conditions set by Betinia. The account contract belongs to the operator and includes the applicable game rules, promotion conditions, privacy notice and complaints procedure. This summary helps readers understand those conditions without replacing the operator's complete agreement.
Operator and eligibility
Betinia is operated by Maltix Limited, a Maltese company licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/B2C/486/2018. That company provides the gambling services described here. The name this site identifies this brand information site, rather than the company providing a gambling account.
Betinia does not accept players who live in the United Kingdom. Its restricted territories also include, among others, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden and the United States. Residents of a restricted territory must not register or use the gambling service. Players elsewhere must establish whether participation is lawful where they play and stop if it becomes unlawful.
Personal accounts
The minimum age is 18, with a higher threshold applying wherever local law requires it. Registration must use the player's own identity, with accurate details that are kept current. An account must not be used for somebody else's benefit.
The single-account restriction covers each person, device, household and telephone number. Suspected duplicate accounts may be closed and their winnings deducted. Players cannot sell or share accounts, enter another person's account or give somebody else access. Login details should remain confidential because activity carried out with valid credentials is normally attributed to the account holder.
Identity and payment checks
Betinia can carry out ongoing checks for identity, fraud prevention and compliance. Requested evidence may include an identity document, proof of residence and records showing where money came from. Clear, valid documents are required, and additional photographs, interviews or certified copies may be requested.
The deadline for supplying requested information is 30 days. During checks, the operator may restrict the account or hold payments. Failure to provide satisfactory information can result in confiscated winnings, termination of the relationship and return of the remaining balance. These checks can happen more than once.
Depositing and withdrawing
Accounts separate cash funds from promotional funds. Deposits must come from money and payment instruments that belong to the player, with lawful sources. Cash, cheques and loans from Betinia are not offered as funding options. Available methods and their deposit minimums appear during the payment process and can change. Payment providers may impose their own charges.
A withdrawal requires cleared funds that are free of wagering restrictions. The player must previously have deposited, and the requested funds must have been wagered at least once. The usual euro withdrawal minimum is €10, although the payment method can affect it. Exceptions apply when the relationship ends, and reasonable processing charges may still apply.
Money normally returns through the payment instrument used for the deposit. Another route may be required where that is impossible, with ownership evidence requested. Betinia states a processing period of three business days, while reserving additional time for verification and security reviews. Bank or payment-provider delays can add to the time before receipt. Larger payments may be divided into instalments under the applicable account limits.
Using a bonus
Each offer has its own conditions alongside the general bonus rules. Where those conditions differ, the specific offer takes precedence. A pending withdrawal prevents bonus eligibility, and only a single bonus can remain active. Deposit bonuses exclude funding through Skrill or Neteller.
Activation must follow the qualifying deposit and precede betting. Wagering requirements, expiry, eligible games and stake restrictions determine whether promotional funds become withdrawable. Game contributions are not uniform, so a stake does not necessarily contribute its full amount. A withdrawal requested before completion cancels the bonus and forfeits associated winnings. Cancellation also has consequences for promotional funds and winnings, rather than simply removing an offer label.
Inactivity and closure
After 180 consecutive days without a login, an account becomes inactive. The monthly euro administration charge is €5, deducted from cash funds until the player returns or that balance is exhausted. Betinia gives advance notice 30 days before inactivity. Excluded accounts are exempt, and no charge applies to a zero or negative balance. Supported medical circumstances can justify a refund.
A player can ask support to close an account. Cash is returned under the withdrawal conditions after outstanding bets settle, while promotional benefits are lost. Betinia also reserves the ability to close accounts and may close inactive accounts with no remaining funds.
Complaints
Raise account concerns with Betinia's support team, then submit a written complaint if unresolved. Include identifying account details and enough information to investigate. The stated acknowledgement period is 24 hours, with a substantive reply within ten days. Complex cases can require another ten days, with notice of the extension. Unresolved gambling disputes can proceed to independent resolution after the internal process has finished.
